After we've received an order, the buyer makes payment via PayPal. PayPal will also provide a purchase receipt.
Shipping
Upon receipt of payment, we ship the urn to the address provided by the buyer. This address can be provided in our contact form.
We ship your urn in a standard shipping box with adequate packaging to prevent damage. As some of our urns are made with solid bronze, the shipping package can be as heavy as 15 pounds. Orders can be shipped overnight. Contact us for more information about priority shipping rates and further discounts.
